Introverted Intuitives: The Top 4 Percent
The rarest of the 16 Jungian personality types identified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Introverted Intuitives make up approximately 4 percent of the general population. They are the architects of ideas who live primarily in the inner world of concepts and ideas. In a society that values homogeneity of thinking, IN's often experience covert prejudice and discrimination in education, social situations and in the workplace. (To wit: "You know what's wrong with you? You think too much!") In my corporate and private work, I have worked with more than 1,000 Introverted Intuitives. When IN's see the "map" of their personalities, they report that this information changes their lives for the better. I will also present the similarities and differences between IN's and people with Asperger's.
